My oldest child deicded to celebrate 30 days of a funcioning garage door since the last time she had broken the garage door by, you guessed it, breaking the garage door. The best part was she did it at about 7 PM on a week night. I called Spectrum immediately. They were in a meeting, but he took call and very generously agreed to come out that evening after the meeting (about 9:30PM) and fix the door. This was a lifesaver as my garage door was hanging in the up position, meaning that I could not secure the items in my garage overnight. The repairman showed up on time, fixed my garage door in about 40 minutes and improved my door so that even my children should not easily be able to break it again, without going out of their way. I highly recommend Spectrum Overhead. Their customer service and pricing can’t be beat. And I know; I’ve had to use them twice in the last month!
