Stay happy, stay healthy
It’s late. You’re up.
You’re probably going to be up for a while. It’s finals season, after all – final papers and exams and problem sets all lined up ready to take aim.
But don’t let it get to you. Don’t let stress absorb you. Don’t let it bleed into your relationships – the most important part of your life.
Here are some friendly reminders of what is good, healthy, and beautiful about life:
1. Snow! It snowed today!
And unless you endured the two EC fire drills today, the snow is pretty from where you are cozy and warm – Butler or not.
Everyone is having a tough time, but your friends are still there for you. Fight with a significant other or stress from your parents or just super mad you stubbed your toe? Friends got your back.
3. Columbia Admirers.
Love is gentle, love is kind… love is creepy, love is real.
And platonic love is amazing too.
4. Non-denominational festive lights everywhere.
Walking through campus has never been so gorgeous. You can see them through dorm windows, on the trees… sigh.
5. Awesome music.
on lockdown in your suite has never been so jammable.
Remember: just keep swimming. Keep breathing. Drink water, sleep when you can, eat right. You got this.
