Midterm struggles and cats
It’s late. You’re up. And you’re worried about that midterm on Tuesday. Or that paper due on Wednesday.
And you might be thinking, “what could be worse than this!” Well, I’ve found a couple examples of what could be worse than this, and so here’s a collection of things that could be making your life worse right now, with “entertaining” pictures of cats!
So don’t worry so much about your current situation and read on, because it could be…
Ya, you’ve heard this joke before. But seriously, at least the weather is getting better, right? And even if it rains, or hurricanes, or we get more snow, we should enjoy it and break out into song and dance. I don’t know about you, but I enjoyed every minute of the snowball fights we had this year.
But it could be worse, because you could have…
Even more midterms!
At least you don’t have two midterms a day this week until Saturday and papers due on Tuesday and Wednesday! Unless, of course, you do — in which case, I’m really sorry. But at least you have the best right to complain. And if you survive this week, you can carry around this badge of honor!
What’s worse then that? Well, you could be…
But you know what’s worse than all of those added together, times 9001! Well…
Writing a 1:11!
Pictured: the author taking a break from writing this 1:11 to take a well-earned nap. Blogging is mad hard.
My respect goes out to all those people who find time in their days to do their classwork and do extra-curriculars as well.
But seriously, I don’t judge people as working harder or taking it easy because they’re taking 6 classes or only 4. Or if they’re participating in 5 different clubs or just none (because they like taking naps. I know I like taking naps. Why am I writing a 1:11 when I could be taking a nap?).
I’m sure we all get stressed out sometimes. So close that Microsoft Word, or that Pages, or that Google Drive. Shut that textbook or that Lit Hum/CC book. You just need to cool off and enjoy pictures of cats or listen to music. Or take a nap.
Seriously folks, I’m going to take a nap right now. Right after I check my Facebook.
Adam Hadar hates cats and forced these cats into humiliating positions for this 1:11 instead of studying for his midterms and also really needs a nap. Follow him on Twitter: @adamhadar.
