Core Scholars announced
Remember all those fliers around campus and perhaps the nagging of your Lit Hum professor? Well, not everyone ignored them, and of those ambitious students the winners of the second Core Scholars Program have been announced! Congratulations to:

Rowan Hisayo Buchanan, CC ’12
Honorable mentions went to: Lesley Thulin (CC ’14), and Raphael Peterson (GS ’12).
Each of their “Core Reflections” is a creative interpretation of an idea from a Core class, and among the winning works are spoken word poetry, paintings, an essay, a sculpture, and a musical composition. See more of the winning works after the jump!
