Watermelons are chairs
It’s late, you’re up, and you’re thrilled for reading week.
News:
Adoption: This WSJ article details adoption in of children in Ethiopia by American families.
Chen Guangcheng: This Chinese activist, who had a big role in exposing the flaws in China’s family planning laws, has escaped house arrest. Also, the US government may or may not know where he is.
Not really news, but interesting:
Koreatown: Los Angeles’s Koreatown, a vibrant hub, was created in times of total chaos.
Hipsters: This Jezebel article introduces the idea of “Hipster racism.” Watch out for key phrases like “LAWL, I am so ghetto” and “Dude, I’m not racist. I love Obama.”
Not only do Watermelons provide nutrition, but in the event that you can’t find a chair, you are totes covered:
Wait, are the children in ethiopia or are the *adoptions* in ethiopia? I cant tell!
Laura Cumbee – I came across these phtoos while doing an image search for Kuttawa Harbor House. I came across these images and just loved everything about them. I found the Harbor House today while searching for possible locations for our wedding and reception. I guess i’m hoping the bride or any attendees could comment on the location. The style of this couple and their event seems very similar to ours and took that as a good sign! We are originally from Paducah and would like to have our wedding close to back home! Thanks. And by the way the sweetest images! Great work!
