After changes to the Health Services’ Program Fee dropped coverage for confidential abortions this year, students questioned the lack of transparency in how the coverage change occurred. Earlier this week Health Services announced the creation of a new fund in response to student concerns. However, many questions surrounding Columbia’s “Jungle of Bureaucracy” still remain.
