39 GS students to be inducted into Phi Beta Kappa
Yesterday, the School of General Studies announced the 39 inductees into the New York Delta Chapter of Phi Beta Kappa for 2014. The students were chosen by faculty PBK members based on the rigor of their academic programs, and professor recommendations.
PBK is one of the most prestigious honors in the country because only 10 percent of universities in the U.S. have this honor society, and only the top 10 percent of students are selected. There will be an initiation ceremony in Faculty House on May 16 at 12 p.m.
In short, these people are super super smart.
